Centennial Park Amphitheater Grid – Las Vegas

Geiger Engineers, consulting to TOMCAT USA, Inc., provided the structural engineering for a permanent aluminum stage grid structure for the amphitheater in Centennial Hills Park in Las Vegas, Nevada. The custom outdoor articulating grid structure is designed for a rigging capacity of 20,000 lb. The grid can be lowered and leveled for rigging and is hoisted to full trim height with an upstage to downstage rake of 5 feet over a 70 foot distance. The stage grid structure is designed to fit under an existing tensile structure canopy.
