Geiger Engineers studied the feasibility of enclosing and air-conditioning the existing Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium. This existing 40,000 seat stadium is the home of Al Jazira Sports & Cultural Club. Two design concepts were developed and priced. Both schemes retain the existing stadium stands in order to maximize reuse and minimize down-time.
